I’m not the best cook, but I’ve really been making an effort lately to get dinner on the table for my family every night. Tonight, it was rather simple but balanced. Butterflied pork chops, baked sweet potatoes, corn, beans and french bread. Simple, but yummy.
However, you’d think that I were making my oldest eat spinach or brussel sprouts or something else as equally disgusting trying to make him eat HALF a small baked sweet potato. We put brown sugar on it for him, but he is *not* going to eat it. I just don’t get it because it’s something he’s eaten a hundred times in his short life and suddenly he doesn’t like it???
