My Mundane Musings

Growing up I longed for the fast paced life of big city life and corporate America. Now I’m a stay at home mom of 4 in a small rural community! And I wouldn’t have it any other way! (At least for now).

Tuesday, two day…
Wednesday, huh, what day???

Can someone please explain to me how the month of May could DRAG on forever and yet this week just started and it’s Wednesday already?

Fortunately, I’ve been so busy with the kids and such that I’ve not noticed how quickly it’s going until it’s already gone.  I thought we were busy during the school year, but it really seems we’re even busier now that we’re done.  We’ve got baseball numerous days a week (about 8 hours a week).  I’m babysitting for the summer and they are always looking for new adventures to take.  And Seth is two now and into absolutely EVERYTHING!  I spend the majority of my day following him from one disaster to the next.  How someone so small can make a mess so big is absolutely beyond me!

I was just thinking the same thing!

I don’t see how you do it all. I only have one kid (externally anyway) and she doesn’t play ball, but we still seem sooo busy. Next week will be even busier–it’s VBS time!

It does seem like the smaller the person, the bigger the mess. Except perhaps when it comes to husbands. Their capacity for mess making is directly proportional to their size. Hee hee.

Hope you find some time for a breather soon!
